● Orders will not be processed or dispatched on National Holidays or during periods of high demand, such as festivals.

Returns & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

● Cancellations can only be made before the order is dispatched. You must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order to request cancellation.

● Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled unless there is a fault with the order or the delivery.

Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be granted in the following cases:

Delivery Timelines

● Cut-off time for orders: All orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.

● Estimated Delivery Time:

○ Metro Cities: 3-5 business days from dispatch.

○ Rest of India: 4-7 business days from dispatch.

● Delivery times may vary during peak periods like holidays or festivals, and we will notify you of any expected delays.

● Note: We do not guarantee delivery dates, but we will make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the stated timelines.

Food Safety & Hygiene

● Packaging: All food items are packed following strict hygiene protocols. However, we recommend that you refrigerate or consume perishable goods promptly.
